Our creperie offers discovery workshops for crepe and galette lovers. We offer you a gourmet and memorable experience in our open kitchen, where you can discover the exciting world of pancakes and galettes while sharing a moment of conviviality with your loved ones.
Our discovery workshops are led by our chef Katty, who has created a tailor-made programme to pass on her know-how and passion. You will learn how to prepare the dough for galettes and crêpes, how to make your first galettes and crêpes on your own crêpière, and how to discover the emblematic products of the local gastronomy. All this in a relaxed and warm atmosphere, where sharing and greed are the key words.
Organising a pancake workshop at Tapioca means enjoying many advantages:
A competitive rate of 85 euros per person for a duration of 3 hours, available upon registration, on Saturdays only. The available dates can be consulted via the "Book online" tab. The workshops are composed of a maximum of six people, to encourage a moment of conviviality between the participants and the Tapioca team.
An educational booklet is offered at the end of the workshop, so that amateur crepe makers can continue the experience at home.
